I'm a client looking for Java Developers, how does this work?
After registering your technical requirements our system matches the best available Java Developers with the skills you need, locally or willing to relocate. You will be presented with pages of a maximum of five profiles where you can review CV's (sometimes within 24hrs), check references (once employer has supplied them), Discard candidates from your home page and arrange interviews with multiple dates from the calendar supplied.
I'm a Java Developer looking for work, how does it work?
After registering and becoming a member your details will be matched to registered clients requirements where they will be able to contact you with opportunities that they have. You will be asked to write a Profile where you should best described your skills and experience. This will be the initial first contact that a client will have before veiwing your CV so make it good! Your home page allows you to personalise your profile, check interview requests and offer feedback from interviews and requests you have had from clients.
I am a Java Developer and on registering I have been asked for a reference, why is this and what happens to the reference?
The reference you supply will be contacted by email and asked to fill out a multiple choice form which is stored on your profile and shown to interested clients who will use this to determine whether to call you for an interview. Your supplied reference will not be used for any marketing and will not be called by any agency. The referee will only be emailed and will only have to supply one reference which then can be viewed by hundreds of clients cutting down the amount of times your referee would have to be contacted through the usual agency system of recruitment. That makes sense!
I am using the system but I have problems or do not understand how it works, is there anyone I can contact for help?
